The Senior Contract Tools, Education, Processes Professional (Network Governance, Implementation and Rental Network) oversees and manages projects within a matrixed environment, manages a wide range of network-related responsibilities, builds standard documentation, policy and protocol, and provides training & disseminates best in class knowledge. The Senior Contract Tools, Education, Processes Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Contract Tools, Education, Processes Professional (Network Governance, Implementation and Rental Network) aligns people, processes and systems with internal business groups in order to analyze & implement strategic network development opportunities to optimize business results and ensure exceptional member experiences. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Provides network oversight & governance to deliver high quality cost effective networks.
Align strategic network development opportunities with key areas in the organization in order to appropriately vet opportunities against prospective membership and administrative investment.
Facilitates large-scale meetings with multiple business partners on a wide-range of topics.
Works well in a matrix environment and specifically with individuals in the market.
Reviews & responds to network-focused Pre-Sale Qualifications (PSQ) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) specific to employer groups.
Assists in maintaining Humana's rental network relationships.
Provides corporate oversight of brand over & leased networks including maintenance, implementation & termination.
Manages the ChoiceCare Leased Network business including vetting new opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing TPAs, and all administrative day-to-day operations.
Fields and responds to a wide range of network-related questions.
Understands Humana's products and strategic goals.

Maintains a strong sense of ownership, proactive approach, quick response rate, follow-through, and a positive attitude.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years Project Management experience/knowledge
Provider contracting experience/knowledge
Familiar with CAS, Metavance, &/or PIMS and load implementation
Solid experience of interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action during projects
Possesses a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s)
Ability to handle mid-scale projects
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced unstructured environment
Clear oral and written communication skills
Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Analytical experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree
Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
Technical experience
Process creation/enhancement experience

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
