The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Be a part of the Technology team -- be a strategic leader in cutting edge Healthcare technology.
The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with business, design engineering and test team to drive products from design completion to volume production release. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensures that development schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements. Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and business teams to analyze and provide both business and technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Additional responsibilities
o Partner with Humana's internal architecture team to develop an understanding of current implementations of claim adjudication applications, map existing application data to new data sources, and identify problematic data issues
o Map requirements of partner architecture, define technical solutions based on those requirements, and create and document a migration path for existing applications as they transition to a reference architecture implementation
o Develop business requirements to support require claim adjudication related processes and functionalities.
o Translate system requirements into technical architectures and designs
o Responsible for the creation of functional use cases, participating in JAD sessions with business and IT stakeholders, developing supporting artifacts and constructing abstraction models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical experience
Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Experience with unit testing and mocking
5+ years experience working with Medical and Dental Claim Adjudication Systems
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with multiple database technologies
Six Sigma Certified
Experience using modeling business process utilizing tools such as Visio or IBM BlueWorks Live
Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
