Senior Sales Process Professional

Description
Drawing on considerable, commercial health care Sales experience, the Sales Process Consultant will initiate, manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, strategic processes for Commercial Sales. The Sales Process Consultant is an end-to-end process thinker with proven experience in process/program management. This role will drive multiple initiatives from vision/strategy through implementation/maintenance and will lead and/or support collaborative business partnerships.The Senior Sales Process Professional analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements as well as creating Sales Playbooks.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Process Professional deeply understands the Commercial Sales business, industry and industry trends and uses that knowledge to recommend effective solutions.Leverages business intelligence, data, insights, and other research to drive differential value and expand Humana's capability to compete. Clarifies scope of work and defines measurable success criteria to monitor progress toward goals. Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of company/segment and business partners and their needs and requirements. Understands the competitive environment, including Humana's marketplace, industry, competition and regulatory environment, as well as understanding Humana's business model interrelate to make Humana competitive in the marketplace. Understanding of Humana's business processes, systems, tools, regulations and structure and how they interrelate to provide products and services that create value for customers. Understands selling efforts of new and existing business by focusing on customer needs, values and expectations. The Senior Sales Process Professional effectively leverages available resources to accomplish objectives and maximize return on investment, makes appropriate decisions in the face of ambiguity, anticipates and resolves barriers and constraints as well as organizes and manages multiple priorities and/or projects using appropriate methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience leading complex processes/programs
Significant experience in Healthcare sales or sales support/operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex data
Travel - to Humana market offices (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate degree
Sales management experience
Project Management or equivalent certification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
